Celebrate Maple Weekend with the Uihlein Foundation, where the sweet smell of spring is in the air! Join us for guided tours of our historic sugarhouse and step right into the heart of Adirondack maple traditions.
Watch our talented sugarmakers transform raw sap into golden, irresistible maple syrup on our wood fired evaporator. We’ll offer tapping demonstrations in the sugarhouse and if you’re feeling adventurous try your hand at tapping a maple tree right outside like this little guy pictured on the left!
Of course, no maple celebration is complete without tasting the good stuff. Enjoy samples of our delicious maple syrup, warm up with light snacks, hot coffee, or soothing tea as you take it all in.
